THE SINGLE-PUMP PUMP MOVES THE MUST WITHOUT OXIDATION

A very characteristic element of SIMATEC technology is the use of a volumetric pump to move the wort instead of the traditional use of a centrifugal pump. The latter, in fact, has a very aggressive mechanical action on the wort. Hops and especially coagulated proteins tend to be crushed by the centrifugal pump, the system as a whole determines hot oxidation of the high must.

In the case of a single-screw pump, the must is smoothly moved without crushing or oxidation effects.
